Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the Crust- 1/4 cup yellow lentils powder
  2. 1/4 cup split black gram powder
  3. 1 tablespoon Gram flour
  4. 1 tablespoon Semolina
  5. 1 tablespoon Rice flour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  8. Water as needed
  9. Toppings- 1 large Capsicum
  10. 1 large tomato
  11. 1 small onion
  12. 1/2 cup Paneer cubes
  13. 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  14. 1/4 teaspoon Garlic bread seasoning,
  15. 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  18. 1/4 teaspoon Tandoori masala,
  19. 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup or sauce

Instructions

  1. For the crust, mix together yellow lentils powder,split black gram powder, semolina, gram flour, rice flour.
  2. Add in salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Put in water to make a thick, smooth paste consistency batter
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Adjust water again if the batter becomes too thick.
  6. Heat a non stick pan.
  7. Put in little oil.
  8. Spread about 4 tablespoons of batter to make about 1/4 inch pancake.
  9. Cook both sides on low flame with a lid on.
  10. They should turn golden brown.
  11. With a round cookie cutter, cut out 3 to 4 roundels of about 3 inches diameter.
  12. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  13. Now prepare the topping.
  14. Finely chop the onion, capsicum, tomato.
  15. Add in paneer cubes.
  16. Sprinkle all seasonings.
  17. Mix gently.
  18. Topping is ready.
  19. Apply little ketchup or sauce on the pizzettes.
  20. Spread 2 tablespoon of toppings.
  21. Sprinkle grated cheese all over.
  22. Pop in the hot oven and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  23. Remove and serve hot.
