Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/5 cup ghee
  2. 3/4 cup Milk
  3. 2 Cup Milk Powder
  4. 2 cups sugar
  5. 1/4 cardamom powder
  6. 2 spoon chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a large kadhai add ghee and milk.
  2. Keeping the flame on low add milk powder.
  3. Also add sugar.
  4. Mix well making sure everything is combined well.
  5. Stir till the sugar and lumps dissolves.
  6. Keep stirring the milk till the milk thickens.
  7. Furthermore, the milk forms dough after stirring for minutes.
  8. Apply ghee in a plate.
  9. Now put dough from the pan to a plate.
  10. Add chopped cardamom and almond.
  11. Set well.
  12. Allow to set for 2 hours or more.
  13. Now,cut into pieces.
