Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup whole wheat dalia
  2. 1 small potato Square cut
  3. 1 small carrot chopped
  4. 1/4th cup finely chopped onion and capcicum
  5. salt as per taste
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tbsp red chilli pwd
  8. 1/2cup boiled peas
  9. 1.5 cup water
  10. for garnishing : finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in cooker and add mustard seeds.
  2. once they are tempered add dalia and roast for 2 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric and red chilli powder as per taste.
  4. add vegetables (carrot, capsicum), can also add corn.
  5. add water and salt as per taste
  6. cover and cook for 3 whistle at medium flame.
  7. in another pan fry chopped onion and capsicum and add some salt to it. .
  8. once dalia is cooked add the fried veggies and boiled peas to it, garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. our healthy and yummy dalia is ready.
