Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour- 2 cup
  2. Salt-1 spoon
  3. Carom seeds-half tspoon
  4. oil for moyan and frying.
  5. Luke warm water for make dough


  1. First of all we take a large bowl.
  2. In bowl we will take all purpose flour,salt and oil and mix them well
  3. Now in this, we will prepare a tight dough by adding little bit of luke warm water.
  4. Now we will keep this dough covered for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes we will break one part of the dough and make a thin layer and apply little bit oil on the layer and some all purpose flour.
  6. Now we fold this thin layer by half to half And then again it will be slightly thicker and repeat this process 4-5 times .
  7. Now we will cut the shape of our choice.
  8. Now we heat the oil and fry them.
  9. Now layered mathri is ready .
