Awesome halwa made with bread leftovers

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 Bread Slices
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 4 tsp sugar
  4. dry fruits for garnishing
  5. 2 tbsp Desi ghee

Instructions

  1. Grind the bread slices in a blender
  2. Now add ghee in a wok and roast the ground bread till aroma spreads
  3. Now mix sugar in milk and add the mixture in the roasted bread
  4. Cook well till everything mixes well
  5. Garnish with dry fruits. Your halwa is ready to serve
