Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 500 gm maida
  2. Four tbsp hot oil
  3. A pinch of baking soda
  4. Salt
  5. One cup boiled chopped potato
  6. One cup fresh peas
  7. One tsp Kasuri methi
  8. Half tsp dry mango powder
  9. Half tsp sounf powder
  10. One tsp fine chopped ginger
  11. One tsp sugar
  12. Salt
  13. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  14. One tbsp roasted red chilli, coriander and Cumin powered
  15. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Make dough with maida, salt, hot oil and baking soda. keep rest for twenty minutes
  2. Now put a pan on flame put some oil .add methi then cook potato, peas and all masala as per your taste.
  3. Now take the dough and stuffing
  4. Take a small ball from dough Roll it with rolling pin
  5. Make a cut from middle and at one part make small cut.
  6. Arrange both side as shown in picture
  7. Now stuff the masala apply water and lock.
  8. Heat the oil in kadai and deep fry the samosa on low flame till became golden.
  9. Serve with sauce or chatni
