Flax seeds paratha

Ingredients to make Flax seeds paratha

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp dry mango powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric Powder
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Green chilli
  • coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • masala to dry roast and grind Coarsely.....
  • 1 cup flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp whole coriander
  • 1 tbsp blackpepper corn
  • 3 whole red chlii
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 cloves
  • water as required

How to make Flax seeds paratha

  1. In mixing bowl take wheat flour add chopped spinach , green chilli, chopped onion, curd and coriander leaves and mix well
  2. Add all dry ingredients and dry roasted and Coarsely ground masala and mix well
  3. Knead soft dough with the help of water
  4. Take small portion of ready dough and make paratha
  5. Heat tawa and roast paratha
  6. Put Little ghee on ready paratha and serve hot enjoy
