Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 1/2 cup butter milk
  3. 1 cup thick curd
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black salt 1tsp
  6. Jeera powder 1 tsp
  7. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  8. green chutney 1 tbsp
  9. Tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
  10. 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  11. 1 tbsp kismis
  12. Grated ginger (optinal)
  13. Tooti frooti
  14. Green chilly (optinal)
  15. Green coriander
  16. pomegranate as required

Instructions

  1. Cut the sides of the bread
  2. Dip in butter milk make it in a round shape
  3. Cut the dry fruits , chilly and coriander.
  4. Fill it with the dry fruits mixture and tooty frooty
  5. Whisk the curd till it gets smooth
  6. Take half of this curd in a plate and dip the round shaped bhalle in it.
  7. Garnish it with coriander, the left curd, sweet and green chutney and pomegranate, tooty frooty
  8. Ready bread dahi bhalle with dry fruits.
  9. Enjoy
