ABOUT Healthy Breakfast in a Glass RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 2tablespoon
  2. honey 2 teaspoon
  3. Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. mint leaves washed and chopped 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Small apple pieces with skin 2 tablespoon
  6. banana in pieces 1/2 cup
  7. Soaked and peeled almonds 10
  8. walnuts 1/2 tablespoon
  9. cashewnuts 8- 10
  10. Milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. First add oats , dry fruits, cardamom powder and half quantity of milk in a jar.
  2. Blend it till it becomes like a paste.
  3. Now add fruits , mint leaves and honey . Blend again.
  4. At last add rest of the milk and blend again till it smoothens . Now pour it in serving glass and garnish with dry fruits and mint leaves.
  5. Healthy , yummy and power packed breakfast is ready to relish.
