Its a fried rice recipe with twist of fried gobi which makes big difference in taste. ...when u bored eating normal fried rice,try this version and also you can serve for home parties...

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled basamati rice 2 cups
  2. Oil 3 table spoon
  3. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  4. Green chilli paste 1/2 tea spoon
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  6. Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped beans 1/2 cup
  9. Chopped cabbage 1/2 cup
  10. Chopped spring onion 1 bunch
  11. Coarinder leave 1/2 bunch
  12. Garam masala 1 table spoon
  13. Lemon salt pinch
  14. White pepper powder 1/2 table spoon
  15. Salt as per tase
  16. For the fried gobi(cauliflower )
  17. Gobi(cauliflower ) florest 2 cups
  18. Maida (all purpose flour) 1/2 cup
  19. Corn flour 1/2 cup
  20. Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  21. Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
  22. Red food colour pinch
  23. Gobi 65 masala 1 table spoon
  24. oil for deep fry
  25. Water for making paste
  26. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Fried gobi preparation
  2. In a bowl add maida, corn flour,chilli powder,gobi 65 masala ,salt,food colour, ginger garlic paste mix well
  3. Add little by little water make a pouring consistency paste
  4. Dip cauliflower florets and fry until crispy
  5. Keep aside all fried gobi (cauliflower )
  6. For fried rice preparation
  7. In a wok add oil
  8. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste. saute a while
  9. Add capsicum ,beans ,carrot and fry for 2 mins
  10. Add cabbage and fry little and add spring onion
  11. Add fried gobi mix well
  12. Add cooked rice ,salt,lemon salt,white pepper,garam masala powder,mix all together sprinkle little water and let cook for 5 mins
  13. Sprinke coriander leaves mix well
  14. Gobi fried rice is ready...
  15. Serve hot
