Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For dough
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. 1/4 cup suji
  4. 1/2 cup ghee
  5. salt to taste
  6. water as needed
  7. For stuffing
  8. 1 cup Moong dal (water soaked 5-6 hour)
  9. 2 green chilli
  10. 1 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1 tsp mango powder
  12. 1/2 tsp salt
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsp gram masala
  15. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take maida, Suji, Salt and ghee.
  2. Mix all ingredients and make dough.
  3. Our dough is ready.
  4. Take soaked Moong dal put in jar and grind it.
  5. Add masala and grind it.
  6. Our batter is ready now.
  7. Then fry some pakoras for stuffing.
  8. Our pakoras ready.
  9. Then beat the pakoras like this.
  10. Make small balls from dough.
  11. Roll it.
  12. Fill the stuffing in and again make a ball.
  13. Roll it smoothly.
  14. Then fry it and our moong dal kachori is ready to serve.
  15. Then serve with sauce.
