Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Quinoa-1cup
  2. carrot-2 chopped
  3. peas-1/4cup boiled
  4. brocolli-2 tablespoon boiled
  5. Onion-1chopped
  6. green chilli-2 chopped
  7. curry leaves
  8. mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  9. Oil-1tablespoon
  10. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast quinoa
  2. boil water add quinoa boil for 5minutes turn heat keep aside as it is .
  3. quinoa will absorbed the water .
  4. heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  5. when cracked, add onion fry till translucent.
  6. add green chilli and all vegetables.
  7. add quinoa and salt. mix well cover it for 5minutes or till it becomes dry.
  8. it is ready to eat
