We always find different Egg preparations in almost every breakfast / Brunch. So presenting here an Egg preparations with goodness of Oats and vegetables. Both gives a good amount of Fibres which are needed to fill the stomach.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Egg 1
  2. Chopped Onion, Grated Carrot, Chopped Capsicum, Chopped Tomato, Chopped Coriander leaves, Chopped green Chill. ( All together) 3 tbsp
  3. Quakers Oats 2 tbsp
  4. Milk 2 tbsp
  5. Oragano or any dried herb of your choice 1/4 tsp
  6. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tsp ( optional)
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Garlic clove chopped 1
  11. Ginger chopped 1/4 tsp
  12. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take Oats and coarse grind them.
  2. In a big bowl mix all chopped vegetables.
  3. Add salt, pepper, Oregano to it. Add cold milk and mix well.
  4. Now beat eggs and add to the mixture. Adjust salt.
  5. Heat oil on a nonstick griddle, spread the Oats and Egg mixture evenly.
  6. Cover with lid and sim the gas.
  7. When the first side gets cooked well and gets firm.
  8. Flip Over and let the other side cook well.
  9. Transfer on an absorbant paper. Cut in to desired size pieces and serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
