Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250gm parle-g biscuits
  2. 1 glass milk
  3. 1 tsp coffee
  4. 4 tbsp sugar powder
  5. 4 tbsp coconut powder
  6. 2 tbsp butter
  7. 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Take a parle-G biscuits,milk,butter,powdered sugar, coffee, coconut powder, cocoa powder.
  2. Beat the biscuits in mixer.
  3. Add biscuits powder, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, coffee. Mix well.
  4. Take coconut powder add butter, sugar and milk, mix well.
  5. Add milk and make dough.
  6. Our dough is ready.
  7. Our coconut stuffing is ready.
  8. Grease the foil paper.
  9. Roll the dough on it.
  10. Spread the coconut powder.
  11. Roll it tightly.
  12. Wrap the roll with foil paper. Keep in freezer for 1 hour.
  13. After 1 hour our roll is ready.
  14. Cut the pieces.
  15. Our Swiss roll is ready to serve.
