Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Multigrain Daliya. 3/4 cup
  2. Soya flour 1/4 Cup
  3. Ragi and jowar flour 1/2 cup
  4. Gram flour 1/4 cup
  5. Moth sprouts 1/2 cup
  6. Shreded Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  7. methi leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  8. Grated bottle gourd 1/2 cup
  9. garlic crushed 1 tsp
  10. ginger grated 1 tsp
  11. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  12. chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. oil to add 2 tbsp
  14. oil for shallow frying
  15. Ajwain 1 tsp
  16. Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
  17. Bread slices 2
  18. Poha soaked 1/2 cup / left over Rice.
  19. salt to taste.


  1. Grind multigrain Daliya coarse.
  2. Coarse grind Moth sprouts too.
  3. Now mix Daliya, flours, Shreded Sweet corn, Moth,
  4. Wash and add methi to it. Add grated Bottle gourd.
  5. Add all masala. Add 2 tbsp oil.
  6. Roast Kasoori methi and add. Soak bread slices in water, squeeze out water and add to the mixture.
  7. Add water and make a dough for Tikkis. Cover for 10 minutes.
  8. Heat oil in a nonstick shallow fry pan.
  9. Add oil to it. Make Tikkis and shallow fry on slow to medium flame.
  10. Flip over and cook well from both the sides.
  11. Serve hot with Onion rings and Tomato ketchup.
