ABOUT Bread kulcha RECIPE

Bread kulcha is one of the famous street food. Baked kulcha is much tasty, soft and hygienic alternative to the Kulchas bought from the market. It is a delicious recipe savored by all. You can plan this for any parties and serve hot along with chhole.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Refined flour 2cups (250 gms)
  2. oil 2 tbsp
  3. Yeast powder 1 tbsp
  4. Sugar 1 tsp
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Luke warm water

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add maida, yeast, salt, sugar, oil & with the help of lukewarm water knead a soft dough.
  2. Grease your hand with some oil and knead a dough for few mins.
  3. Now cover them with wet cloth for atleast 2-4 hrs to ferment. Dough will get double than its actual size.
  4. Now remove the cloth and knead the dough again. Divide the dough in equal parts.
  5. Take one lump, dust with dry flour and roll it lengthwise. Now Sprinkle Coriander leaves over the kulcha and press it gently with ur hand.
  6. Take baking tray and grease it with some oil. Place the kulcha over baking tray and keep it aside for 1/2 hour.
  7. Preheat oven at 180 degree C and bake kulcha for 10mins.
  8. After 10mins take out the kulcha from oven.
  9. Kulcha's are ready to serve with chhole, chutney and salad.
