Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. One cup of Ragi
  2. 3teaspoon milkmaid
  3. 3 teaspoon Khoya
  4. Two teaspoon melted chocolate
  5. 2 tsp Desiccated coconut
  6. Half cup jaggery
  7. Two teaspoon Desi ghee
  8. Half cup chopped nuts
  9. Magaz seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pan roast the ragi with ghee till aromatic and colour changes.. Be very careful while roasting as it burns easily.Set to cool aside.
  2. Now melt the jaggery with khoya and keep adding the ragi till it forms a dough consistency. In this step it's very important to see the ragi and gur does not burn n stick to the pan. For ease keep adding milkmaid to the dough.
  3. Add chopped nuts and elaichi powder. Keep aside to cool the dough to make yummy laddos.
  4. In the meantime melt the chocolate or you can opt for chocolate syrup too.Add to the ladoo mixture.
  5. Start making the balls in ladoos shape, with little ghee and roll it on magaz seeds or dessicated coconut.
  6. Keep in room temperature for 1 hr. Garnish with nuts of your choice.
  7. Yummy nutritious laddos melting in your mouth.. Do try and Serve your family with these energy packed healthy balls everyday to meet sweet cravings.
