Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 chicken leg pieces
  2. 1 Tbsp thick curd
  3. 1 TBSP GARLIC PASTE
  4. 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
  5. 1 tbsp Lime juice
  6. 1 Tbsp Chicken Tandoori masala
  7. 1 tbsp cornflour
  8. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry chicken leg pieces. Pierce the pieces with help of a fork so as to absorb all flavours
  2. Add all the marination ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Take a non stick pan and heat it. Add oil.
  5. Add the marinated chicken legs and let it fry till golden brown over a medium flame.
  6. Serve hot
