Lasagna is an italian recipe but we indian had a soft corner for paneer so i made this fusion recipe of shahi paneer and spinach lasagna to satisfy everyone in the party kids as well as elders too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For home made spinach lasagna sheets
  2. all purpose flour 1cup
  3. Spinach boiled and pureed 2table sooon
  4. Garlic powder 1/2teaspoon
  5. Salt 1/2teaspoon
  6. Oil 1 table spoon
  7. Oregano 1/2teaspoon
  8. White pepper 1/2teaspoon
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2teaspoon
  10. Ingredients for shahi paneer
  11. paneer cubes 200 grams
  12. Butter 2table spoon
  13. Onion chopped 1table spoon
  14. Cream 1table spoon
  15. Cashews 1 table spoon
  16. Garlic ginjer paste 1tsp
  17. Turmeric
  18. Red chilli powder
  19. Garam Masala
  20. Tomato puree 2table spoon
  21. Kassori methi
  22. Milk 1/2cup
  23. Salt to taste
  24. Sugar 1 tsp
  25. Elaychi powder 1tsp
  26. Ingredients for veg curry
  27. Potato chopped 1 /2cups
  28. Onion chopped 1/2cup
  29. Carrot chopped 1/2cup
  30. Green peas boiled 1/2cup
  31. French beans 1/2cup
  32. Baby corn 1/4cup
  33. Tri colour bell paper 1/4cup
  34. Garlic 1teaspoon chopped
  35. Tomato puree 2table spoon
  36. Salt to taste
  37. Coriander powder 1teaspoon
  38. Olive oil 1teaspoon
  39. ingredients for white sauce
  40. 2table spoon all purpose floor
  41. 2table spoon butter
  42. 4 cuos of milk
  43. Salt 1/4tsp
  44. Black pepper 1/2tsp
  45. Oregano seasoning 1tsp
  46. Grated cheese 1/2cup
  47. for toppings
  48. Grated processed cheese 1cup
  49. Oregano seasoning 1tsp
  50. Chilli flakes 1tsp
  51. Butter cubes 1table spoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make a semi hard dough and rest for 30 min.
  2. Roll a big thin roti. cut it in 2×2inches size .
  3. Boil water in pan and pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil in it .
  4. Add all sheets in it and boil for 15 minutes.
  5. Take out these sheets from the hot water and put them in cold water for some time .
  6. Now take out all spinach lagana sheets and dry them with kitchen towel .And brush them with oil .And keep aside .
  7. For shahi paneer
  8. Boil water in pan add cashews ,onion and garlic in it and boil. For 5 minutes .And make a smooth paste of it .
  9. Now take another pan add butter in it add ginger garlic paste add onion cashews paste sotey it .
  10. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala powder ,salt in it.. ..Sote it and add tomato puree in it .Cook for 5 to 6 min.
  11. Add cream and milk in it .Add masoori methi in it ..Cook on simmer flame add elaichi powder in it ..And then add cubed paneer in it ..Cook on simmer flame for 5 minutes.
  12. For veg curry .Heat a pan add oil in it add garlic sote it ..Add Onion in it ..Sote it for a minute .Add all vegetables and salt .Cook it with a lid .When veggies are cooked well add tomato puree and coriander powder in it ..Cook for 5 minutes.and keep aside .
  13. For white sauce ..Take another pan heat butter in it add all purpose flour in it keep low flame ..Store continuously now add milk store continuously .Now add Sally pepper and cheese and oregano .Cook for 5 minutes ..It bocome thick ..Keep aside.
  14. Now preheat the oven at 180℃.
  15. Take a oven proof glass dish .grease it with butter
  16. Spread some white sauce on the bottom ..Then place 2 or three lasagna sheet according to your dish .
  17. Then add veg curry on the lasagna sheets .Spread some white sauce and grated cheese on them cover with another sheets of lasagna
  18. Then add shahi paneer gravy on lasagna sheets .Add white sauce on them ..And grated cheese on..them
  19. And lastly add another sheets of lasagna and cover with white sauce and grated cheese ..Sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano on top.
  20. Put some butter cubes on the top.
  21. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or till cheese melts and little brown colour appears.
  22. Take out the dish from oven and serve hot .
  23. Cut through from the bottom layer so that you get all the taste of each layer .
