Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Hilsa fish -1 piece
  2. Cherry tomatoes-4
  3. Coconut milk-1 cup
  4. Musturd paste-1 tbs
  5. Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
  6. Green chili paste-1 tsp or as like
  7. Sugar-1 tsp
  8. Musturd oil-1 tbs
  9. Banana leaves- square piece
  10. Salt according to taste
  11. Cream -1 tbs
  12. Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  13. Fresh coconut-1 tbs
  14. Tomato paste -1 tbs
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Green chili-3

Instructions

  1. First wash fish .add oil and mustard paste and salt . Marinate it and put it for rest 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat a pan . Add oil add ginger and garlic paste .saute it 2 minutes Add tomato paste and all masala .
  3. Saute masala 2 minutes .Add coconut milk , coconut and salt .
  4. Cook 5 minutes . It comes in thick form .
  5. Now blanch banana leaves . Put marinated fish .
  6. Pore gravy .add cream and cheery tomato .
  7. Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chili .
  8. Wrap it with banana leaves . Prick with stick .
  9. Ready a strimmer .put it in for 20 minutes .
  10. After 20 minutes fish is ready . Soft flavour full . Serve it with rice.
