Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. rice 1 cup
  2. 8-10 guchi / Mitchell's
  3. cashew nut 5-6
  4. oil 2 tbsp
  5. Zeera 1/2 tsp
  6. Green cardamom 4
  7. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. wash and soak rice in water
  2. soak guchi/ Morchella as well
  3. guchi will swell
  4. fry these for 3-4 min and keep aside
  5. heat 2 tblspoon oil in a wok
  6. put zeera ,green cardamom,cashew nut and then add soaked rice
  7. Saute for 5-8 min
  8. add 1/2 tsp salt and 2 cup water
  9. let it boil at high for 5 minutes then at low flame till done
