ABOUT DAHI MURG RECIPE

A mouth watering delicacy from North India.l prefer to make this dish in my party as it is so easy and healthy also appreciated by my guests.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 500 gm
  2. Curd 250 gm
  3. Ginger Gatwick paste 2tablespoon
  4. Cream tablespoon
  5. kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lime juice 1 tablespoon
  8. Whole garam masala 1 tablespoon
  9. Green chillies 3 to 4

Instructions

  1. Wash the chiken.
  2. Whisk the curd.
  3. Marinate chicken by adding ginger and garlic paste for two hours.
  4. Add the curd,garam masala,kasoori methi , chopped chillies , lemon juice and salt into the the chicken and mix it .
  5. Empty the contents into a electric rice cooker.
  6. Cover the cooker
  7. Here add the cream and stir .
  8. Serve hot with nan or paratha.
