DAHI MURG

Ingredients to make DAHI MURG

  • chicken 500 gm
  • curd 250 gm
  • ginger Gatwick paste 2tablespoon
  • cream tablespoon
  • kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • lime juice 1 tablespoon
  • Whole garam masala 1 tablespoon
  • green chillies 3 to 4

How to make DAHI MURG

  1. Wash the chiken.
  2. Whisk the curd.
  3. Marinate chicken by adding ginger and garlic paste for two hours.
  4. Add the curd,garam masala,kasoori methi , chopped chillies , lemon juice and salt into the the chicken and mix it .
  5. Empty the contents into a electric rice cooker.
  6. Cover the cooker
  7. Here add the cream and stir .
  8. Serve hot with nan or paratha.

My Tip:

If gravy dries up add some more whisked curd.
