Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grm deveind and nicely washed prawn big or medium sized
  2. 2 tsp Corn flour
  3. 2 tsp all purpose flour
  4. 1 tsp rice flour
  5. 1 tsp ginger minced
  6. 1 tsp garlic minced
  7. 1 tsp green chilli minced
  8. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  9. 1/4 tsp termeric powder
  10. 1 tsp chat masala
  11. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  12. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  13. 2 tsp khus khus seeds
  14. 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  15. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  16. 1 tsp dill leaves chopped
  17. 2 tsp fresh corriender chopped
  18. 3 tsp spinach leaves chopped
  19. 1/4 tsp vineger
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First take deveind and nicely washed prawns in bowl,add termeric,salt and vineger in it.
  2. In a other bowl add one by one all flour,minced ginger,garlic and chilli and all other dry ingredients and mix well and make thick paste of it.
  3. Including spinach,dill and corriender leaves and khus khus,salt also in it and mix well.
  4. Now add termeric and salty prawns in it and mix well.
  5. Now heat oil in pan and drop one by one prawns in it carefully and left it to cook one side completely.
  6. When one side cook flip and turn it to cook and crisp for other side.
  7. Do same with all,when all done serve it hot.
  8. sprinkle some flakes or chat masala over it to inhance it's taste.
