Crispi tangy Okra goes with everything dal rice ,paratha ,roti ,naan ,and even you can also serve this as a snack or starters.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Okra 250 grams
  2. Chick pea flour 2table spoon
  3. Corn flour 2table spoon
  4. Turmeric 1/2teaspoon
  5. Red chilli powder 1tea spoon
  6. Amchoor powder 1teaspoon
  7. Chat Masala 1teaspoon
  8. Cumin powder 1teaspoon
  9. Corriander powder 1tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Chili flakes 1teaspoon
  12. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Wash okra and pat them ,dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Trim okra and cut them vertically in halves.
  3. Slice them into thin slices .
  4. Take all okra in a wide plate .Add chickpea flour , cornflour,turmeric powder ,red chilli powder ,amchoor powder ,cumin powder and mix well .
  5. Crush all okra with light hands .
  6. Rest them for 10 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile heat oil in a wok .
  8. Drop marinated okra slices in hot oil and deep fry them on medium heat till golden and crisp.
  9. Drain out on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
  10. Sprinkle some chat masala and chilli flakes on fried crisp okra .
  11. Serve hot .
