Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup sooji
  2. 1 tbsp rice flour
  3. 1 tbsp gram flour
  4. 1 tsp eno
  5. 1 tbsp Oil
  6. 1 cup yoghurt
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 green bell pepper cut small pieces
  9. 1/2 cup red bell pepper cut small pieces
  10. 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add sooji​. Add both flour, oil ,salt and yoghurt. Mix well add little little water. And make a little thick batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 glasses of water in idli cooker. Greased idli mould with oil. Add Eno to the batter. mix well. Now pour mixture in Idli bowl.
  3. Arrange bell peppers on both corner. Put idli stand in cooker. Cover and steam 5 to 7 minutes. After 7 minutes take out the stand. Remove idli from mould. Serve with Sambhar.
