Ingredients: One cup +2tbsp all purpose flour; 1/2 cup powdered suger; 1/2 cup ghee; 1tbsp cocoa powder; A pinch of salt; 2tbsp beetroot juice; 1tbsp honey; 1/4 cup chico chip

One cup +2tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered suger
1/2 cup ghee
1tbsp cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
2tbsp beetroot juice
1tbsp honey
1/4 cup chico chip

Instructions

To make beetroot juice take 2 beetroot cut into piece and boil them with little water than grind them and sieve to take juice
Now take soften ghee or butter and powdered sugar beat them until they become creamy put vanilla essanse 1 tsp and honey mix them now pour two table spoon beetroot juice and mix properly . Add half of chocochips.
Sieve flour and salt and cocoa powder and mix them in creamy batter . gather them like dough but do not knead much .
Take dough and wrap it in cling film and put in refrigerator for one hour.
Take out the dough put between to sheets of cling and roll it. Pre heat the oven at 180° . now cut the cookies with cutter
Now grease the tray or spread parchment paper . put cookies on tray decorate with chocochips and bake for 12 minutes at 180° c .
