ABOUT Paneer Coconut Barfi RECIPE

A very quick, easy and yummy dessert. An all-time favorite for any festival.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup crumbled mawa
  2. 1 cup crumbled paneer
  3. 1 cup dessicated coconut
  4. Sugar according to your taste
  5. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  6. Halved almonds and cashew nuts to decorate

Instructions

  1. Take mawa in a non-stick pan and stir continuously till it loosens
  2. Add paneer and coconut and mix well
  3. Add sugar and cardamom powder and keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan
  4. Take a greased plate and put the mixture on it
  5. Press lightly and then cut into desired shapes when it cools a little
  6. Finally decorate with almonds and cashew nuts.
