Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup samo flour
  2. 2 tbs sabudana
  3. 1/2 cup yogurt
  4. 1/2 water
  5. 1 inch grated ginger
  6. 1 tbs eno fruit salt
  7. 1 green chilly
  8. oil
  9. salt
  10. 1 tbs cumin seed
  11. 1 tbs sesame seed(til)


  1. In a big bowl mix samo powder,yogurt and water
  2. Mix well smooth batter and keep aside for 5 hours
  3. Add green chilly,ginger and salt mix it well
  4. Heat stimmer aroud 1 1/2 water and boil
  5. As water boil,add eno and oil in batter and mix it
  6. Pour batter in plates and steam it for 15 minutes
  7. Turn of the heat remove dhokla and let it cool
  8. Heat a pan,put some oil then add cumin seeds crackle it
  9. Add some sesame seeds and green chilly stir it
  10. Pour this mixture on dhokla garnish it with cilantro
  11. Ready to serve with cilantro chutney
