ABOUT CHICKEN LEGS COOKED IN HONEY & BALSAMIC VINEGAR RECIPE

A quick economical meal which never fails to impress the picky palates. The balsamic vinegar is that miracle liquid which can wash away fats and smell from any kind of meat giving it a nice sweet fragrance. Serve with some steamed veggies and mashed potatoes. Your meal is ready in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken Thighs of Leg pieces
  2. 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. Salt and sugar to taste
  5. Fresh or Dried Rosemary
  6. Lots of Garlic chopped
  7. 1 tsp soy sauce
  8. freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Make deep cuts in the meat.
  2. Marinate with rest of ingredients
  3. Keep it refrigerated for 2 hours
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220 degree centigrade for 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Make sure you check your meat when getting baked inside oven to prevent from burning
