Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coco butter. 1/4 cup
  2. Honey 1/4 cup
  3. Vanilla essence 1/4tsp
  4. Coco powder. 1/2 cup
  5. Hazelnuts crushed 1tbsp
  6. Almonds few chopped
  7. Gulkand 2 tbsp
  8. Shredded coconut 1tsp


  1. Take a nonstick pan
  2. Add cocoa butter and heat it up on slow
  3. Add honey, vanilla,
  4. Cook it for few seconds and add cocoa powder
  5. Mix well quickly and remove from heat
  6. Lightly whisk it till smooth don't overdo
  7. Pour in the mix in mould and empty it to make a layer
  8. Let it be set for 5 minutes
  9. Gently keep the stuffing of your choice in mould and fill again with remaining chocolate up-to the brim
  10. Let it be set for another 10 minutes and then refrigerate
  11. Delicious chocolates are ready to serve
  12. Gulkand filled chocolate are heavenly yummy (my personal favorite) do give it a try
