Eggless Rose Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Rose Cake

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup yogurt - full cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
  • 1 tbsp rosewater
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cardamom

How to make Eggless Rose Cake

  1. Preheat oven at 350. Line an 8 inch pan.
  2. Sift flour into a bowl. Add sugar and yogurt and whisk it together, till fluffy.
  3. Add in the baking soda and baking powder and mix. Let it rest for few mins to let the rising agent react to yogurt, till bubbles come.
  4. Then add in the oil, vanilla, cardamom and rose water. Mix well and place it in baking tray.
  5. Top with crushed pistachio and bake for 35-40 mins.

My Tip:

You can pair with almond and coffee. Or chocoolate and orange.
