Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh baby corn 15 pic
  2. All purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
  3. Honey 4 tsp
  4. Corn flour 1 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper 2 tsp
  7. Onion 1 no.
  8. Green chilli 3 no.
  9. Garlic 4 no.
  10. Soya sauce 2 tsp
  11. Lemon 1/ 2
  12. oil to fry
  13. Spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 cut the baby corn into two pieces
  2. 2 Finely chop the onion,garlic and green chilli.
  3. 3 In a bowl add maida,corn flour, salt and mix it . Dust the baby corn with the remaining mixture add black pepper and mix with water and make a batter . Dip the baby corn one by one . Heat the oil and fry it.
  4. 4 With the remaining batter and soya sauce squeeze the lemon pepper and honey and mix it .
  5. 5 Then heat the oil in the pan and add onion , garlic,green chilli and fry it for 2 minutes
  6. 6 Pour the batter and mix it with the low flame
  7. 7 Add fried baby corn and honey and mix it well.
  8. Garnish the dish with spring onion and sesame seeds . Now crispy honey baby corn chilli is ready .
