ABOUT Roti Pizza RECIPE

A healthy version of pizza, which will make ur kids love rotis

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 rotis
  2. 1 cup pureed tomatoes and onions
  3. 1 tblsp ginger-garlic paste
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  6. 1/2 tsp sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  8. Processed cheese ( according to one's liking)
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. 1/2 onion slices
  11. 1/2 capsicum cubes
  12. Oregano and chilli flakes to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Take a thick bottom pan and pour pureed tomatoes and pureed onions, without any oil. Then add ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
  2. Keep stirring till thick and pizza sauce is ready
  3. Take the rotis one by one and apply pizza sauce on each
  4. Then put onion slices and capsicum on it
  5. Now put cheese as per your liking and put each roti on a non-stick pan and cover and cook on low heat till the cheese softens or melts
  6. Now remove from the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves, oregano and chilli flakes and serve hot
