  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 7-8 dates
  • 5-7 almonds
  • 4-5 walnuts

  1. Soak the Dates and Almonds overnight in water. Next morning de-seed the dates and remove the peels from the Almonds.
  2. Blend this along with boiled and cooled milk in a blender.
