ABOUT Honey Mustard chicken stick RECIPE

Try this simple, easy, traditional Continental style chicken kababs. Serve this delicious snack with dips.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg Chicken thighs
  2. Dijon mustard 1/2 cup
  3. Honey 1/2 cup
  4. Oregano 1 tbsp
  5. White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  6. Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
  7. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Finely minced garlic 1 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Juice of 1 lemon
  11. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into chunks.
  2. Rinse the chicken pieces and dry them with paper towel.
  3. Take a bowl put all the ingredients like Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, olive, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and mix well.
  4. Now put chicken chunks into it and combine them well. Marinate for atleast 1 hour or (more if you have more time).
  5. Now ready to bake it or grill. Preheat the oven to 400 degree F for 30 minutes or get ready to grill.
  6. Turn over the chicken for every 10minutes & brush them.
  7. After 10 mins baste the chicken pieces on both the sides.
  8. After 10 more minutes baste the chicken pieces again with rest of the marinated mixture.
  9. Let them cooked. Ensure that the chicken is cooked, sticky and golden.
  10. After that thread the chicken on to the skewers.
  11. Garnish with green chutney, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  12. Note : you can also fry them if you don't have oven.
