Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato medium size 4 .
  2. Vermicelli (seviya) 1 cup
  3. Green chillies 2
  4. Ginger 1/2 "
  5. Garlic cloves 4
  6. Onion small size 1
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Daniya powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Pepper powder 1 pich
  12. Breadcrumbs
  13. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tabsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Boil enough water in a bowl, add vermicelli,cook for 3 min. Drain and pour cold water in it.. .
  2. Drain again and keep aside. Boil and peel the potatoes, mash them.
  3. Grind the onion, garlic,g.chilli,ginger,fennel seeds into paste. In a big bowl,add all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Make balls and press them to desired shape and roll them in breadcrumbs to coat completely.
  5. Heat a nonstick shallow pan,pour 2 tab sp oil, place the cutlets by giving enough space
  6. Shallow fry both sides until turn golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
