ABOUT Eggless Pressure Cooker Sooji Cake RECIPE

Very light homemade yummy spongy eggless cake.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sooji 2 cups
  2. Curd 2 tbsp
  3. Warm milk 1/2 cup
  4. Warm water 2-3 tbsp
  5. Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Sugar 1/2 to 1 cup (as per ur taste)
  8. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  9. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  10. Refined oil 2-3 tbsp
  11. Butter 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. First combine sooji, baking soda, baking powder & salt in a bowl.
  2. Add curd and mix well now put warm milk, refined oil, melted butter in it and give a good mix.
  3. When sooji absorbs moisture then add vanilla essence in it and keep aside for 5 mins.
  4. Now heat sand in a pressure cooker. Grease the base and put the batter in it, bake them in low flame for 15 mins.
  5. Skewer inserted comes out clean & turns golden in colour.
  6. Time to switch off the flame.

Looks so yummy gona try this sure Shud v remove the gasket too
