Ingredients to make makki ki raab

  • 4 cups buttermilk ( original chhach )
  • 2 cups corn flour
  • 1tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • little water
  • 1 tbsp salt

How to make makki ki raab

  1. Add corn flour and buttermilk in a bowl, mix well.
  2. Put it on flame and stir continuously and let it become thick. Add salt and jeera powder and stir till it becomes thick.
  3. Serve hot by adding ghee in it and enjoy :)
