Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup MUNG DAL,
  2. 1/2 cup udad dal
  3. Hing a pinch
  4. CUMIN 1 tsp
  5. SALT to taste
  6. eno(fruit salt) 1 tsp
  7. 21/2 cup sweet curd
  8. red honey chutney 2 tbsp
  9. Red chilli 1 tsp
  10. rosted cumin 1 tsp
  11. garnish-coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. soak dals for 2-3 hr and grind in mixer and keep aside.
  2. add salt,cumin, hing in it and mix it well.
  3. grease idli stand with oil and keep aside.
  4. add fruit salt in batter and mix thoroughly and pour this batter in idli stand.
  5. set all batches and cover with lid and micro it for 6 min. let them cool
  6. take a luke warm water in bowl and dip this idli for 1 min then take it out and squeeze water in it and put it in plate.
  7. pour sweet curd on it and add roasted cumin and sweet honey chutney on it.
  8. garnish with coriander leaves and serve it. our yummy and healthy Dahi Bhalla is ready.
