Honey Joys

Ingredients to make Honey Joys

  • Unflavored corn Flakes 2 cups
  • honey 2 tablespoon
  • Unsalted butter 50 grams
  • Chopped almonds 5
  • Mixed Seeds (Flax, pumpkin, White Sesame, Magaz) 2 teaspoon

How to make Honey Joys

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Once the butter melts, add honey to it.
  2. Stir for one minute till butter and honey are mixed properly and froths are formed.
  3. Add chopped almonds, mixed seeds and the cornflakes to the mixture.
  4. Mix everything well so that the cornflakes will be coated with our honey and butter mixture.
  5. Switch off the flame. Line muffin moulds with muffin paper and while the mixture is still hot, add spoonful of mixtures into muffin moulds.
  6. Put the muffin moulds in pre-heated oven at 150°c for 10 minutes.
  7. After 10 minutes, remove the muffin moulds from oven and place those on cooling rack.
  8. Let those be cooled for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Delicious honey joys are ready to be enjoyed.
