Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Left over chapatis 3pcs
  2. chopped capsicum
  3. Chopped Onions
  4. Chopped garlic
  5. Green chillies slit
  6. Diced button mushrooms
  7. Tomato puree
  8. salt as per taste
  9. sugar 1 teaspoon
  10. White vinegar 2 tspn
  11. Kashmiri mirch powder to add colour

Instructions

  1. Tear the rotis in strips
  2. Heat white oil and add sugar, onions and fry in low flame.
  3. Add salt
  4. Add capsicum and garlic
  5. Put in the mushrooms n stir
  6. Add 1 n haf tblspn tomato pure and saute
  7. Put in the slit green chillies
  8. Pour a little water to make a little gravy
  9. Add the roti strips and mix very well
  10. Add vinegar and put in high flame
  11. Stir well n put out the flame
  12. Serve hot
