Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lady finger 250 grams
  2. onion 2 medium sized
  3. coconut 2 tbsp
  4. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder as per taste
  6. Sapt as per taste
  7. oil 4-5 tbsp
  8. jeera 1 tsp
  9. Bayleaf 1
  10. tomato 2
  11. dhania powder 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  13. curd 1 cup
  14. Garlic​ 6 cloves
  15. Green chillies 2
  16. mustard 1/ 2 tsp
  17. hing 1/4 tsp


  1. Chop bhindi in big pieces of two inces
  2. Chop onion green chillies​ garlic tomato and coconut into piecs
  3. Heat half oil in a pan
  4. Saute bhindi and keep aside
  5. Saute the chopped onion garlic chillies coconut and keep aside
  6. Blend these coarsely in a blender
  7. Heat remaining oil
  8. Add hing jeera bay leaf and mustard seeds.let splutter
  9. Add the onion mixture and cook till golden
  10. Add curd and cook till it blends well
  11. Now add fried bhindi
  12. Add salt and remaining dry masalas and blend properly
  13. Add some water if required
  14. Cook for five to six mins
  15. Garnish with some coconut and tomatoes
