ABOUT Cream of chicken and mushroom soup RECIPE

A delicious creamy soup is perfect to keep you warm on a rainy and cold day. The soup is made extra special with the Syracuse spice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boneless chicken 100g
  2. Mushroom 50g
  3. Black pepper 2 teaspoon
  4. Garlic 5-6 clove
  5. Salt per taste
  6. Syracuse spice 3 teaspoon
  7. butter 1 tablespoon
  8. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  9. Milk 2 cups
  10. Cream 1/2 cup
  11. Grated cheese 2 tablespoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pan take a teaspoon of olive oil and saute the mushroom and chicken with some crushed garlic, salt, pepper and Syracuse spice for 2 minutes on high flame.
  2. Take a deep vessel, add Olive oil and butter.
  3. Add crushed garlic.
  4. Once the garlic fragnents add the milk.
  5. When the milk comes to boil add the sauted mushroom and chicken.
  6. Simmer the soup till the chicken and mushroom gets cooked and the soup thickens slightly.
  7. Add salt, Pepper, Syracuse spice cream and cheese.
  8. Bring it to boil on a medium flame and turn off the burner.
  9. Serve hot garnishing with some Syracuse spice with bread.
