Sprinkle salt on chicken for seasoning.
Sprinkle pepper powder on chicken for seasoning.
Make the marination by mixing hung curd,2tbsp Sprig Tangier: Mediterranean Spice Blend,ginger garlic paste,lime juice,chopped coriander.
Rub the marination on chicken pieces.Keep it aside for 1 hr.
Sprinkle 1tbsp Sprig Tangier: Mediterranean Spice Blend,salt,chilli powder in cornflake crumbs.
Add grated cheese into it and mix nicely.
Take beaten egg in a bowl.add pinch of salt.
Take Flour in a bowl.
Now coat the marinated chicken pieces with flour,then give it a nice egg brush. After that coat the chicken pieces with Cornflake crumbs.
Repeat the process for 2nd chicken pieces also.
Heat up oil in a kadhai.
Deep fry the chicken pieces in medium flame.
Serve hot with onion,lime and mayonnaise.
