Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw Papaya- 1 small grated
  2. Grated ginder- 1 tbs
  3. Green chilli- 1 tbs
  4. Ajwain- 1/2 tbs
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Garm masala- 1/2 tbs
  7. Red chilli power- 1/4 tbs
  8. Anardana - 1/2 tbs
  9. Green coriander- 2 tbs
  10. Haldi- 1/2 tbs
  11. Oil- 2 tbs
  12. For dough
  13. Wheat flour- 2cup
  14. water to knead dough

Instructions

  1. Knead a soft dough with wheat flour and water.
  2. For stuffing
  3. Take a pan add 2tbs of oil.
  4. Add ajwain, ginger,green chillies and lightly saute.
  5. Now add salt,haldi,red chilli powder and lightly saute.
  6. Add grated papaya and cook until soft on low flame .cover with lid.
  7. After that cool down the mixture and make stuff prantha.
