Ingredients Serving: 6

Flour/ maid - 300gms
powdered sugar 300gms
refined oil/ butter - 300ml
Eggs 6
Baking powder 2 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence 2 Tsp

Instructions

Beat eggs and sugar in a separate bowl
Mix flour with baking powder and soda bicarb in a separate bowl and sieve 6 to 7 times
Add cocoa powder to half the batter
Now pour chocolate and plain batter into the tin in layers, alternately.
Run a fork or knife through it to create marbling effect.
Bake it at 200 deg for 60 minutes.
