Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1kg cauliflower
  2. 2 onions [chopped]
  3. 1 cup green peas
  4. 2 tbs grated ginger
  5. 2 green chilly
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4tsp each.jeera.pisa dhania.lal mirch.haldi.garam masala
  8. 2 tbs mustard oil
  9. Hara dhania

Instructions

  1. Grate the cauliflower
  2. Heat some oil in a kadhai.
  3. Now add the jeera [cumin seeds] and let them splutter.
  4. Now add the chopped onion, ginger and green chillies.
  5. Saute for few minutes and then add the green peas.
  6. Cover and cook until the peas are soft and cooked.
  7. Now add all the dry powdered masalas.
  8. Add grated cauliflower, stir well
  9. Cover it after 5 minutes, stir it and now it is ready to be served.
  10. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
