Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1&1/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1&1/4 cup quick cooking oats
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  6. 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  7. 1cup unsalted melted butter
  8. 1teaspoon Vanilla extract
  9. For Filling
  10. 1/2 cup Sugar
  11. 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  12. 1teaspoon ground cinemom
  13. 1/2 teaspoon ground Ginger
  14. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  15. 1teaspoon Vanilla extract
  16. 1&1/4 cup pumkin puree yellow
  17. 1/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degree.. greese an 8 inch square pan.
  2. In a bowl stirr together flour oats salt soda sugar very well
  3. Add butter and vanilla .press half of the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. And bake it for 15 minutes.
  5. While crust is baking make filling in a bowl.
  6. Whisk together sugers.cinemon.ginger.cloves Vanilla pumkin puree and cream Untill a homogeneous mixture is formed
  7. Pour this over on baked crust and return to the oven to Bake for 15 minutes more.
  8. Bars are ready..let it cool and served with the topping of cream
