This is a traditional recipe which was made by my maternal grand mother so sharing her delicious dish with all of you.

Cut the egg plants into roundels and keep aside. Take a bowl and add all the spices , Ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Apply the masala onto the eggplant pieces, on both the sides and keep aside for 15 minutes ,
After that fry the eggplant slices( in little oil) on both sides till nicely browned and cooked through.
In a serving tray arrange the fry slices And spread yogurt . Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves. Serve with chapati.
